Janardan Botre Saheb of Manyachiwadi (Gudhe) in Patan taluka of Satara district, and from there he established 'Shivsamarth Multistate Co. Op. Credit Society'. In the past 18 years, the organization has earned a reputation as an organization that provides prompt service to its customers along with trust, quality and transparency. While working in the economic sector along with the social sector, the work of maintaining transparency, credibility, professionalism, unity, remaining aloof from politics, and safeguarding the interests of social work is done through Shiv Samarth Sanstha and Parivar. The organization is moving forward with the motto 'The power of the movement belongs to whoever does it, but God must be established there' and work is being done to bring meaning to every word of this motto.
Through the Shiv Samarth Parivar Social Development Institute, the institute has started a Dairy Diploma and Diploma course for the past few years to help the 10th pass and 12th fail students stand on their own feet without getting discouraged and to connect with their soil. Through it, hundreds of veterinary officers are treating domestic animals and livestock all over Maharashtra with the help of their knowledge. Today, radical changes are taking place in the education sector. Keeping this in mind, the Shiv Samarth International School and Junior College has been started from Nursery to Class 12 through the institute so that students do not have to go elsewhere to learn English.
